More Info About Sing Joy
Sing Joy is a border-crossing journey of festive holiday music in Angel City Chorale’s sophisticated blend of styles, from classical and traditional to spirited contemporary and R&B. Sing Joy features holiday favorites that echo the diversity of Los Angeles. In addition to popular American songs, African, Jewish, Middle Eastern, South American, and British traditions are also represented in a joyful musical montage. This season’s song selection ranges from Vivaldi to Pentatonix. Audiences will also have the chance to lift their voices in song with the 150+ member ACC and its instrumental ensemble on familiar carols. Traveling through time and around the globe, Sing Joy has something for everyone: crossing centuries, musical borders, and rich cultural traditions.
