Steve Nash Showdown to Feature NBA, International Soccer Players

Do you love basketball and soccer? Would you like to see some of your favorite basketball and soccer stars play versus each other?

The Steve Nash Foundation has put together a “Showdown,” which is an 8-on-8 soccer matchup featuring NBA and international soccer stars such as Steve Nash, Klay Thompson, Jared Dudley, Robbie Keane, Carlo Cudicini, Robbie Rogers, John O’Brien, Kyle Martino and many more.

The soccer match will kick-off Sunday, July 14 at the Salvation Army Red Shield Community Center in Los Angeles.

General admission to Showdown LA is free and open to the public on a first-come-first-serve basis (FanFest and game only).

After the match, Nash, fellow players, and fans will be invited to gather for Showdown After Hours, a cocktail party that will hold a live auction at the Target Terrace at L.A. LIVE. All the profits will benefit the Steve Nash Foundation to help improve the outcomes in child welfare.
