Cool off with new Ice Blended and Iced Coffee drinks at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf this summer. (Krystyn Bristol)
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, nicknamed “Coffee Bean” for short, has been Los Angeles’ delectable and iconic coffee and tea retailer since their September 1963 debut. With over 950 outlets in 27 countries, Coffee Bean has a majority of their locations in Southern California, the region where they were born.
With summer rapidly approaching, Coffee Bean has introduced four new refreshing beverages for a fresh and seasonal consumer experience. Now through Sept. 1, customers can indulge with the latest flavors of the two new Ice Blended drinks: Mud Pie and Caramel Brownie.
Inspired by the Southern dessert, Mud Pie combines a rich chocolaty sandwich cookie flavor with the signature coffee taste. The smoothness of the beverage is refreshing and enticing for customers with a sweet tooth.
Caramel Brownie Ice Blended drink swirls dark chocolate and caramel with coffee. For fans of caramel, this drink is exactly what dreams are made of. With caramel drizzled around the cup and blended into the iced beverage, the sweet and savory taste, combined with brownie, is sure to be misconceived as a shake rather than a coffee drink — perfect for battling the hot L.A. summer.
If a blended drink isn’t what you’re craving, there are also two new additions to the signature and popular iced coffee line: French Deluxe Vanilla and Deluxe Hazelnut. Iced coffee lovers can perk up with these two flavor options. The unique iced infusions are sure to satisfy the sweet and bitter cravings that all fans of coffee share.
Diane Kuyoomjian, the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Vice President of Marketing, comments,“Our new Vanilla and Hazelnut Iced Coffees are rich, creamy and satisfying. We expect they too will quickly become a refreshing summer habit for many.”
Regardless of what delicious path you choose to take when selecting one of the new and limited-edition summer beverages, your taste buds are sure to be delighted.
