Headlined by celebrity chef Michael Mina, Food, Wine & Jazz at St. Regis Monarch Beach promises to be a fabulous event.
Foodies and wine lovers, get ready to make your way to the St. Regis Monarch Beach’s first food, wine and jazz festival. From Aug. 27-30, 50 of the area’s top chefs – including Michael Mina, Helene An, Anthony Endy, and Marc Marrone – are going to be showcasing their culinary talents. The event also features 30 wineries and boutique vintners.
Located in Orange County along the coast of Dana Point, the St. Regis Monarch Beach is a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond awarded resort.
A few of the OC-based chefs that are going to be in attendance include Stonehill Tavern’s Executive Chef Raj Dixit, Slapfish’s Chef Andrew Gruel, acclaimed pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith and chefs from AnQi by House of An. A six-course private dinner with Michael Mina is available for guests, in addition to the Grand Tastings and a seaside Champagne Jazz Brunch with musician Grace Kelly.
