Men, throw on your best linen suits, and ladies, get out your sundresses and wildest/most daring hats, the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic is trotting back into town. For the eighth year in a row, the exciting polo match returns to Will Rogers State Historic Park on Saturday, Oct. 14.
Recognized as being one of the most prestigious champagne houses, Veuve Clicquot has been producing luxury champagnes since 1772. It should come as no surprise that their event is just as luxe.
Along with the polo match, guests are treated to delicious food from some of the most popular food trucks in the city. Prepare to feast upon the mouthwatering meals from Baby’s Badass Burgers, Jogasaki Sushi Burrito, Meat the Greek, Vivace Pizza and many more.
Additionally, lawn games and prime seating are available during the match with polo player Nacho Figueras. Attendees can experience one of three ticketing options, which allow access to Veuve Clicquot champagne bars.
Those bars are set to feature Yellow Label, Rosé and the newest additions to the brand, Veuve Clicquot Rich and Rich Rosé.For Rosé Garden ticket holders, they have access to the exclusive Veuve Clicquot Rosé Garden with beautiful decor and open lounge seating.
Other perks include individual gourmet lunch boxes by Wolfgang Puck Catering. Fear not, holders of the fast pass and general admission won’t miss out on the bars, games, photo booth or gourmet food trucks.
While the match begins at 2 p.m., the event takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The lovely environment is picture perfect and for that reason, there are charging stations powered by AT&T for mobile phones. Get your selfie face ready and prepare to make your friends jealous.
