Ghoulish spirits from ship and sea await you at the Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor.
Ready for another season of nautical nightmares?
This fall, the Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor makes port at the historic seaside ship yard. The infamously haunted ship and location once again hosts a season of horrors. This year, we are getting a slew of sinister surprises.
From Sept. 29 through Oct. 31, 2016, expect ghoulish spirits, old and new, to descend from the ship and sea for their much anticipated nightly haunts. The twenty-two nights see the return of Dark Harbor’s Sinister Seven Spirits: Ringmaster, Captain, Samuel the Savage, Graceful Gale, Half-Hatch Henry, Scary Mary and the newest malevolent resident will haunt the grounds of Dark Harbor.
Under the big top the Ringmaster unleashes her misfit monsters in the return of Circus, a maze that continues to disorient with terrifying illusions and unexpected thrills. Little Scary Mary also returns with an enhanced version of her hit Lullaby maze. Deadrise, Soulmate and B340 mazes also come back with reengineered thrills to deliver a darker descent into the depths of Queen Mary’s sinister history.
Fans of other worldly offerings can take refuge in the Paintball Shooting Gallery, and Sideshow gives you intimate experiences with freak-show fun. You can even access it from your own creepy cabana.
One of our favorite shows from last year returns with the fire dancers on the main stage, and there is of course the exclusive VIP experience, R.I.P. Lounge, with all-you-can-eat tacos.
The annual Long Beach offering starts Sept. 29 and continues on through Oct. 31. General admission ticket prices begin at just $20 online, with Fast Fright, VIP Passes and lodging packages available. For more information or to purchase tickets online, visit queenmary.com/events/dark-harbor.
