The award winning Mélisse restaurant in Santa Monica is launching this year’s Australian Truffle Season with an exclusive one-night event.
Mélisse chef and owner, Josiah Citrin, is teaming up with The Truffle & Wine Co., the largest producer of exquisitely tasting truffles, and Chef Peter Gilmore of Australia’s Quay Restaurant, to bring us “Black Truffle Friday” on June 13th.
The night will feature a five-course meal that plays ode to edible truffles, a highly esteemed food item in haute cuisine all across the globe.
Guests can experience the night at $185 per person, or savor it with a wine-pairing for $280 per guest.
Mélisse will offer two one-hour seating windows at 5:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
