Lucha VaVoom is back, and it's presenting "Return of Cinco de Mayan." (Facebook/Lucha-VaVOOM)
Lucha VaVoom is back with tons of masked summer fun. The crowd could not get enough of this year’s Cinco de Mayo festivities so here we have more to fill our summer night cravings with the “Return of Cinco de Mayan”.
This bone crushing event will be taking place July 11th at The Mayan Theatre in downtown Los Angeles; it is strictly a 21 and over activity so leave the kiddies at home fellow luchadores.
The “Return of Cinco de Mayan” will be an action packed night of Aztec dancers and mariachis, among many other traditionally Mexican themed entertainment performances. Some of these performances which will be delivered by El-Vez (the Mexican Elvis), Lux Lacroix an international dance star and LA’s very own Lil’ Cholo.
In the very, very improbable case that you find yourself unwilling to celebrate this occasion, there will also be tequila, tamales, margaritas, a promising lowrider parade and a special set performed by DJ Chucuchu. Among this, you all will find that party mood necessary to find enjoyment at Lucha VaVoom.
However, we cannot go on without speaking of this lucha-stic experience without addressing the Mexican masked wrestling and risqué striptease experience that will be presented on this summer night. With crowd favorites like Cassandro AKA “The Queen of the Ring,” Matt Classic and Matt Classic Jr., Crazy Chickens, the Muy Caliente BONITA LA BELLE and their newest mini Li’l Li’l Cholo, you are sure to find someone to root for in the ring.
Now stepping away from the sweat, booze, sexiness and guaranteed good time, do know that this event goes to a great cause because all proceeds go to benefit individuals with down syndrome living in LA.
Lucha VaVoom will also form part of a bigger umbrella: A Carnival of The Mind – Twenty Wonder on July 13th at The Doll Factory. It’s being presented by DSALA and hosted by the Los Angeles Derby Dolls.
