Dance with an alien at Lee Foss’ birthday bash, Repopulate Mars, this Saturday.
If you’re sick and tired of the typical summer pool party, prepare yourself for a 12-hour bash that is out of this world.
Lee Foss, founder of Modern Amusement and the Hot Creations Label, celebrates his birthday with an extravaganza titled, Repopulate Mars. Held at Lot 613 in Downtown this Saturday, July 18, the party is set to defy time and space, at least from the hours of 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Get ready to rage as Foss, who is known best for his mix of techno and house music, headlines the event. Also taking to the floor is Holy Ghost. The Brooklyn duo promises to deejay an exclusive two-hour set for partygoers. While you dance the night away, you can also catch John Tejada put his spin on house and modular techno.
But wait, there’s more. Rollingtuff DJs (Human Life and Out of Hand) also join in on the fun to keep the crowd entranced. NYC’s Serge Devant, a seasoned veteran in the house scene, and the songful songstress Camille are going to do a rare performance of their most recent single, “The Way You Move.”
Even if it’s just for one night, transport yourself into a whole new universe where “punk funk meets aliens.” The birthday bash is 21+ and will have a very special unannounced guest dropping by.
