There are many different trends going on this festival season. One of them consists of these amazing, fun and socially conscious shoes from Inkkas.
The brand’s founder, Dan Ben-nun was backpacking in Latin America back in 2012 when he fell in love with the concept of working with the local artisans he met, while using authentic textiles. Unlike other shoe companies, Inkkas was founded on the principles of philanthropy and fair trade, globally.
Inkkas has partnered up with Trees for the Future for the OneShoeOneTree project, where Inkkas plants a tree for every shoe sold. So not only are these shoes super cool, they’re down for a really cool cause too. We get to be philanthropic while doing one of our favorite activities: shopping.

Women: Our picks for the 2016 festival season are the Cotton Candy Low Top sneakers, paired with short overalls, an off-the-shoulder bell-sleeve top, cute heart-shaped sunglasses and a straw clutch. People will be telling you, “Sweet kicks!”
Men: Our picks for the men are the Blackbird Hightop sneakers. Style these shoes with a white graphic tee, bomber jacket, distressed shorts, sunnies and a wide-brim hat. Watch out, Mr. Cool Guy!
