Spend your nights on the Sunset Strip enjoying the ambiance of the nightlife at Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails. In honor of the fall season, a new “Sunset Special” is being offered every Wednesday, beginning Oct. 21.
The special consists of 50-percent off selected red wine, white wine and special cocktails. As if that wasn’t already a steal, there is also 50-percent off the specialty menu and free valet for guests all evening.
The “Sunset Special” menu feature Fried Chicken Sliders with herb buttermilk biscuits, mustard kimchi and honey aioli; Seared Ahi Tuna with watermelon, heirloom tomato, avocado puree and basil; Torchio Bolognese; and Oysters with St. Germain Granita, meyer lemon and espelette – all curated by Executive Chef Chris Crary.
Cocktail wise, it’s all about the signature drinks. Choose from the Kentucky Mule, with Makers Mark Bourbon, lime juice, hour-made “spicy” ginger syrup, angostura bitters and seltzer; the Hornet’s Ankles with Avion Blanco Tequila, freshly pressed lime juice and house-blended clover honey syrup.
