Iconic eatery Hard Rock Café highlights international regions with unique burger recipes.

The Hard Rock brand is an internationally recognizable hospitality mecca with venues in 68 countries. The group owns some of the world’s greatest music memorabilia, as well as some stellar nightlife outlets in cities like Dubai, Berlin, Abu Dhabi and Ibiza. Earlier this month, the Hard Rock Café kicked off a World Burger Tour in Orlando, Fla. This week, the historic Hard Rock Café on Hollywood Boulevard presented some of the scrumptious burgers and delicious signature cocktails featured on the tour.

The World Burger Tour showcases an international selection of burgers with recipes based on some of the most popular Hard Rock Café locations. The Hard Rock tasked their chefs to create burgers that capture the flavors of their city. The final burgers were selected by fans, and with 160 submissions, this was no easy task. However, the tour was such a hit with fans, the Hard Rock knew they had to bring it back.

“Our World Burger Tour menu was a fan-favorite last summer, so we’ve remixed the menu and added burgers with authentic, regional flavors from Athens, Mumbai, Buenos Aires and more on this year’s tour,” says Alex Merchan, Senior Director, Global Marketing & Sales at Hard Rock International.

The final list is filled with tantalizing treats from all over the world. The English Breakfast Burger is a modern twist on the classic English breakfast – and nothing short of amazing. The Jamaican Jerk Burger takes your taste buds on a trip to Montego Bay with the divine combination of mango jalapeño cream and jerk seasoning. The Java Lava Burger was created in Seattle and includes a house-made espresso rub. Who would think you could work coffee into a burger?

The Hard Rock crafted some wonderful, tropical cocktails to compliment their unique burgers featured on the World Burger Tour. The Melonpalooza features Midori Melon Liqueur, coconut rum, the Hard Rock’s house-made sour mix and pineapple juice. This standout libation pairs perfectly with the Greek Burger.

The World Burger Tour is not to be missed. From the burgers to cocktails – there’s something for everyone. The limited-time menu is available now through Thursday, June 30, 2016.
