Los Angeles is about to gain a hearty helping of exquisite food and delightful drinks at the Bellwether in Studio City.

The Bellwether is the debut restaurant and bar from Executive Chef/Owner Ted Hopson and Beverage Director/Owner Ann-Marie Verdi. Guests are going to be kept on their toes with innovative twists on classic dishes that will draw both valley locals and city dwellers who should be more than willing to hop over the hill for a good bite. This 3,200 square-foot restaurant seats 70 indoors and 30 on the intimate patio.

One of the most anticipated items from this menu is the Crispy Pork and Scotch Rillettes served atop potato rosti with ham hock gravy, sunny-side up egg and pig ear. For drink lovers like myself, look forward to their signature Bellwether Manhattan. To cap off the meal on a sweet note, guests can dive into indulgences like the Grand Marnier Bread Pudding with candied pecans and malted crème fraiche ice cream.

You can secure your reservations through OpenTable or by calling the restaurant directly at (818) 285-8184. Prepare to take a seat and have a bite at your new favorite restaurant, as its doors open Aug. 5.

The Bellwether is located at 13251 Ventura Blvd., Suite A, Studio City. For more information, visit thebellwetherla.com.
