Dog Haus in Canoga Park, Calif. is now officially open.
The celebrated Pasadena-based concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers and one-of-a-kind creations continues to grow, as it prepares to launch around 50 more food establishments.
Dog Haus currently has a total of four locations: Alhambra, Pasadena, Old Pasadena and Canoga Park. The company soon plans to open franchises in Burbank, Santa Ana, Thousand Oaks and West Covina.
The Canoga Park spot, a restaurant from franchisee Paul Homayoun, is located at 6501 Topanga Canyon Boulevard. It is open daily for lunch and dinner, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
“There is so much passion and creativity behind Dog Haus, and I’m thrilled for the opportunity to work with Founding Partners André Vener, Hagop Giragossian and Quasim Riaz to bring this winning concept to the Canoga Park community,” says Homayoun.
To celebrate the opening, Dog Haus in Canoga Park served complimentary hot dogs on Saturday, June 14. Options included the cult favorite Sooo Cali Haus Dog with arugula, tomato, crispy onions, spicy basil aioli and avocado; the Downtown Dog wrapped in smoked bacon and topped with caramelized onions, sautéed bell peppers, mayo, mustard and ketchup; and the Cowboy with white American cheese, smoked bacon, barbecue sauce and crispy onions.
Dog Haus also serves burgers, fries, soft drinks, beer and wine. Additionally, it offers a kids menu, among many other items and selections.
Dog Haus is Southern California’s craft casual hot dog concept, which was founded by partners Giragossian, Riaz and Vener in Pasadena in 2010.
