The first-ever Burbank Beer Festival is going to feature more than 85 beers on tap. (California Beer Festival)
This fall the streets of downtown Burbank are going to be transformed into an exciting celebration known as the Burbank Beer Festival on Oct. 17. Formally known as the Burbank Oktoberfest, the beer festivities are set to showcase over 85 ice-cold craft beers on tap, a free street fair and more.
The festival features two sessions of craft beer sampling. Each session spotlights both local and out-of-state craft breweries. Session one is from noon to 3 p.m., and session two is 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tickets are available at eventbrite.com for $40 and include a tasting glass and three-ounce craft beer samples from more than 45 different breweries. Tickets are also going to be sold at the door while supplies last (Individuals must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to enter the festival’s sampling blocks and to consume alcohol.).
Drink up, and come join the fun because this is the one festival you don’t want to miss this fall.
