Over the last 10 years, online retailers have grown exponentially while brick-and-mortar stores are slowly becoming a thing of the past. The offline retailers are struggling to evolve and stay relevant on the store level while incorporating an online component to grow revenue and customer loyalty. Several companies have not been able to keep up with the ever-evolving digital trend and are now in the retail graveyard.
One online retailer, Bonobos, is flipping the retail game around and combining online and offline shopping by activating “e-commerce stores.” These brick-and-mortar locations provide an answer to the traditional retail experience. Will these stores by the largest internet-launched men’s clothing brand in the United States hold a candle to other retail conglomerates? The answer is an astounding “Yes!”
Bonobos was launched in 2007 with the goal of providing the modern gentleman clothing with a great fit and an overall fun approach to menswear. Their outstanding customer service and signature line of better-fitting pants propelled the retailer to the largest apparel brand ever built on the internet in the United States.
After four years on the market, they launched the Bonobos Guideshop concept. This allowed customers the opportunity to “touch and feel” the apparel line and chat face to face with company representatives. A partnership with Nordstrom quickly followed, as well as a list of accolades from The New York Times and Ad Age, among others.
Bonobos have just launched their newest Guideshop on La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, and customers’ expectations were surpassed by this multi-faceted retailer.
The Bonobos Guideshop is located at 101 S. La Brea Avenue. For more information, call (323) 954-6800 or visit bonobos.com/guideshop.
