Bomba Estéreo
Colombian music act Bomba Estéreo is scheduled for two public events in the greater Los Angeles area, starting tonight (Wednesday, Aug. 12) with a stop at Amoeba Hollywood from 6 p.m. and on.
Bomba Estéreo, mainly comprised of musician Simón Mejía and singer / rapper Liliana Saumet, will sign autographs on vinyl copies of their latest release, Amanecer, and perform. Admission is free.
On Thursday, Aug. 13, will deliver a rather unique performance at the Observatory in Orange County. Admission costs $5 and it’s for all ages. Doors open at 7 p.m. with showtime penned for 8 p.m.
There’s really no better thing to do than to catch for free (tonight) or $5 (tomorrow night).
Bomba Estéreo’s music repertoire dates back to the 2000s, when it was founded in 2005. It’s a blend of electro beats, cumbia sounds and alternative dance, among others. They’ve released four studio albums, 1 EP and numerous singles.
