Los Angeles is as big, as it is beautiful. Seeing all that this wonderful city has to offer is not impossible, but it would take you a long time. From the beaches and the inner city to the more rural parts all the way up in the mountains, there is plenty to explore.
Thankfully, through today’s social media, there is a way for us to see what Los Angeles has to offer even if it is through a four-inch touchscreen. Here are three accounts on Instagram you must follow to get a better look at the city we all love so dearly.
Venice Beach Sunsets (@venice_sunsets) – The palm trees, people walking around, kids playing in the water and the eccentric people you run into are what make Venice one of the most famous beaches in the country. Venice is also the birthplace of the ’60s rock sensation the Doors. So, what could make all of this even better? The best show on earth: the sunset. On the Venice Beach Sunsets Instagram account there are plenty of pictures with the wonderful glow of the sunset behind those famous palm trees.
Discover LA (@discoverla) – This account is filled with tons of photos and great ideas to hang out next time you and your friends don’t know what to do! They also feature plenty of pictures of restaurants, ice cream shops and breweries in the greater L.A. area.
Esteban Jiminez (@copterpilot) – This is by far the coolest way to check out Los Angeles. You can spend hours on the Instagram page looking at all of the fantastic photos from a bird’s-eye view of the Hollywood Sign, Dodger Stadium and, of course, the L.A. skyline. This page offers a unique perspective of Los Angeles like you’ve never seen it before.
