J'Martin

After a very successful 2014, J’Martin initiates 2015 with a new single, “Yo Soy el Loco Aquel” and a performance in New York City along with Gilberto Santarosa, Salsa music’s esteemed gentleman.

“Yo Soy el Loco Aquel” is already positioning itself to become another international hit. It’s “a bachata fused with tango rhythms or a tango with a bachata sound,” as described by J’Martin.

The song is innovative and has a very unique style, solidifying the artist’s versatility he has long strived for since the inception of his career.

J’Martin surrounded himself with a stellar group of producers to create this hit single. The song was written by Diego Javier Gonzalez and included the production of Peter “Sp” Polanco, Pavel De Jesus and Hector del Curto.

2014 was an important year for J’Martin marked by success, acknowledgements, and lots of travel. His single “Ni Una Lágrima Más” became one of the most important songs in the general, tropical, and bachata charts not only on Billboard but on several radio stations in Tri State area of New York, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Ecuador, among other countries in the region.

In the U.S., J’Martin succeeded to leave his imprint with second single “Ni Una Lágrima Más,” which reached number four (#4) on the Billboard Latin Tropical chart, becoming the sixth song of his repertoire to be on the Top 10.

He also did several promotional tours and shows in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Chicago, San Juan (Puerto Rico), and Central America. He was invited to participate in major events such as El Megatón Mundial de Polito Vega in New York and finished the year strong with two tours in Dominican Republic.

Hence, his fans and radio stations eagerly await another hit single by J’Martin. “Yo Soy el Loco Aquel” will be available worldwide on all digital platforms as of February 17th and on radio stations the first week of March, which will be distributed by the label El Movimiento, Inc.
