36th Annual Playboy Jazz Festival Lineup Announced

The Los Angeles Philharmonic announced today the lineup for this year’s Playboy Jazz Festival on June 14 and 15 at the Hollywood Bowl.

Every year, the Playboy Jazz Festival gathers an unparalleled mix of illustrious jazz legends, up-and-coming stars for the next generation, and festival favorites.

This year is no exception, and the headliners include Dianne Reeves, George Benson, Kevin Eubanks, Ravi Coltrane, The Arturo Sandoval Big Band, among others.

Artists and bands making their festival debut this year include Prism, Fantasia, The Kenny Barron Trio, and The James Cotton Blues Band.

George Lopez will take on hosting duties for the second year in a row.

Throughout its illustrious history, the Playboy Jazz Festival has featured some of Jazz’s greatest talents, the likes of Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie and Count Basie, as well as contemporary superstars like Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis and The Roots.
