This culinary Hollywood gem will offer a 5-course tasting menu with a complimentary glass of champagne, and will be available from Friday, Feb. 14 through Sunday, Feb. 16. Renowned Chef/Partner Tal Ronnen oversees the inventive exclusively plant-based menu with dishes such as a Spicy Oven Roasted Romanesco with toasted hazelnuts, Scaloppini Chanterelle with an anorith apple gremolata, finished with a Red Velvet Cake with sweet mascarpone cream and white chocolate truffle.
